will medicaid pay for my breast reduction surgery?

I have very large heavy breasts. they cause me back pain, my bra straps cut into my shoulders and back i get rashes underneath my breasts from them sagging so much onto my stomach and if i do wear a wire bra then the wire presses against my top ribs causing severe pain. I have medicaid in NY. will they pay for the breast reduction surgery?
