What is the difference between getting breast augmentation above the muscle or under the muscle?
Can you please explain the difference and which one is better?

Under the muscle makes your breasts look and feel more natural and the healing time is quicker.
ABOVE the muscle makes it look porn-star-round and hard as a rock..depending on saline or silicone
I got mine under the muscle – saline tear drop shaped implants
Under muscle is best for women with little breast tissue (very small breasts). There is no chance the implant will be seen under the skin, so it looks a little more natural. The implants are farther apart (less cleavage) than with an over the muscle placement. This method interferes less with breast exams. It is much more painful and the recovery time is longer. The implants tend to move and become distorted when the muscle is flexed, such as while exercising or playing sports.
Over the muscle is best for women with enough breast tissue or with mild sagging (not enough to require a lift with the procedure). It is less painful and the recovery time is quicker. However, this placement has a higher risk of hardening (capsular contraction).
Under the muscle is much more natural looking. It also helps keep you from sagging, although, the larger you go, the more apt you are to sag. Also, rippling is less likely to be seen/felt. This is the most recommended and practiced now.
Over the muscle looks fake, like grapefruits glued to your chestwall. This will eventually cause sagging and rippling will be more easily seen and felt. Also, those with thinner skin won’t be advised to get overs.
