What is a breast lift like? My breasts sag and I’m only 19.?

despite my nickname yes I am female and I am 19. My breasts naturally sag and my nipples touch my stomach when I sit or stand. Its not pretty.

They start low and then get bigger in the middle. So there is a sag.

What is a breast lift like? A lot of scars? Dangerous? (Money is not a problem) more like health concerns, etc.

What do you think from experience or otherwise?
