What are some good ways to lose weight and to lift my breast?
I am 19 5’3″ and 180. My breast are very large and saggy they are not perky they are jus saggy what could have caused them to get saggy at such a young age and how can i get them lifted naturally n surgeries or medication.

They got too heavy with the weight and it will be very difficult for them to go back and be like they were before you gained the weight. Surgery is the only real answer. You can try losing weight. You probably need to lose over 60 pounds for your ideal body weight. There is no sense in getting a the surgery without losing the weight first. Good luck.
Do YOGA
It is good that you have sought the help of Yoga to bring your body back into shape. While your practices and measure to eliminate excess weight or what you do is important, what you shouldn’t do is just as important.
* Don’t resort to weight reduction pills or powders of any sort and please avoid crash diets. We shall prescribe you a simple diet that is healthy, easy to follow and will deliver the desired results. See a nutritionist or dietician, if you must, but preferably one who knows and practices Yoga.
* Never skip meals. This makes you overeat at other times. So, by all means eat three or even four times a day, but eat light and sparingly.

Yogic Diet
This is very important, if you wish to get back into shape and develop a healthy, slim and shapely physique. Let your diet be Yogic and Sattvic (pure, light and predominantly vegetarian). This means plenty of raw foods – salads, sprouts and seasonal fruit – vegetable juices, dried fruits and loads of water.
Avoid potatoes, peas, chick peas, grams, peanuts, all non-veg fare, fried, fatty and spicy foods, junk / fast foods, packaged foodstuffs and confectionary products. Also keep away from milk and milk products such as cheeses and butter. But you may have plenty of diluted buttermilk prepared from skimmed milk. Avoid snacking between meals and, as mentioned before, never skip a meal.

It depends on your actual breast size, but given that your height/weight puts you in the “obese” catergory, you probably have a saggy chest due to being overweight. The bigger you are, the more your skin has to stretch to accomodate the fat – the more the skin stretches, the saggier you will become, no matter your age.
It is VERY easy to lose weight, especially should you have lots to lose, if you just use your brain. Start by just going on a walk every day and as you exercise, your skin will tighten. STOP eating fast food and just eat healthy – better now than in 15 years when your skin won’t snap back as quickly. Common sense can keep anyone from being obese.
Undress and stare at yourself in front of your mirror. If what you see displeases you, then you have all the more reason to work out. Try tucking in the extra fat in all those wide areas, this will give you an idea of which part you need to be working on. Turn to you side and get a very good view of your side profile. This is an excellent way of checking whether you have a tummy that is starting to bulge or has bulged already. Try pulling in air and then take a look at your tummy; if it has gone in even a little bit, there is hope for you. If you start now, you can control it where it is now and may be if you really set your mind to it; you can lose a couple of inches in a just a few weeks. Weighing your self on your bathroom scales is a good idea but personally I would recommend this mirror viewing. To be very frank, a few pounds gain may shock you but does not really disgust you. But a flabby figure and extra fat certainly will.
