Is it true that when you get breast implants you have to keep re-doing them every few years?

I wanted to get breast implants, but i’m scared to, cuz i’ve always heard that you have to keep re-doing them every few years. Is that true?

I have constant neck, shoulder, and back pain. My posture is horrible. No clothes, or bras fit me, and I exercise hurts my breasts to much. Am I a good candidate for breast reduction surgery?

Is it bad to get a breast reduction/ lift now if I want to have children in a few years?

I’m only in college but I have suffered from back pain for many years already. But would it be pointless to have the surgury before kids? I mean your breasts get bigger and then can sag after breast feeding so, wouldn’t it just make the surgury pointless?
