Most women with smaller breasts have smaller nipples/papillae. When they get implants, skin is simply stretched more over the silicone……..but the nipple should stay the same size. If you ever see a women with implants, however, the nipple gets bigger……how?

Do most women feel the need to have a 2nd breast augmentation done?

I was talking to this girl recently who has breast implants and she said she no longer has any real feeling in her nipples and they can’t get erect anymore. It got me thinking why so many women do this to their bodies. I think it is becoming more and more popular, and I have met girls as young as 15 and 16 who think they need bigger breasts. Who is at fault here? Men? Women? Advertisers? I have a hard time believing it is just men because there are tons of guys out there like myself who love smaller/natural breasts.

Spiritually speaking: why do women who get large breast implants still get mad when men stare at them?

I’m trying to understand women and their logic, more or less. Why get large D and DD breast implants and then turn around and get pissed off at guys for staring at them? What did you think was gonna happen when you had those large fun pillows injected into your chest?
And yes, most men know they’re fake. It’s pretty easy to tell, especially living in California were nearly 2 million women have breast implants over here.

Why are women criticized for getting breast implants but not for spending over $300 a month on clothes?

Women who spend a lot on clothes want to make themselves look better just like breast implants are about making yourself look better.

What do men really think of breast implants, have any women on here had them? any problems?

I am a 20 year old mother of two, considering getting breast implants, because after pregnancy, its so embarrassing what hasa happened, my boobs are just soooo small and not where they should be, and stretch marks… huhhhhhh. I hate when i catch my self in the mirror, my husband seems uninterested in my breasts, im thin and i thought i was pretty… but apparently not.
