Do breast implants or breast lift make far apart breasts closer together?

please dont be rude… i’m not even sure i want surgery… for now im just wondering if implants or breast lift can make them closer together and i want to know if implants will leave permanent marks and if breasts will become really hard…

i am happy with my self so please dont tell me anything like that because that doesnt solve my question.

I’m on a weight loss mission in 2007, and I’m hoping to lose 115 pounds.

I am hoping against hope that I won’t have to have a ton of plastic surgery to achieve the kind of body I want, and I am desperately afraid of being put under general anesthesia.
