Do you think breast implants are pretty much safe?
Ever since I was a kid, I had a lump on my left breast. I’ve had alot of surgeries done, but it keeps growing back. Fortunately, it’s benign. In 2 years, my doctor will remove my entire left breast and put an implant in to prevent the lump from growing again. I’m a bit scared because of all the horror stories I’ve heard about implants bursting or getting people sick.

What do men really think of breast implants, have any women on here had them? any problems?
I am a 20 year old mother of two, considering getting breast implants, because after pregnancy, its so embarrassing what hasa happened, my boobs are just soooo small and not where they should be, and stretch marks… huhhhhhh. I hate when i catch my self in the mirror, my husband seems uninterested in my breasts, im thin and i thought i was pretty… but apparently not.

Why do you think so much more attention is paid to breast cancer over Prostate Cancer?
The US Government spends double on breast cancer research over prostate and the corporate disparity is much greater. Campbells soup doesn’t have Prostate awareness soup cans! Although deaths from breat cancer are 1/3 higher there are far more cases of prostate cancer, over 240,000 per year. The funding and awarness differential is 300 or 400%. So is it a gender issue, an age issue (tends to be later onset) or What?
