Does a woman who has had breast augmentation in another country have to pay import taxes when she goes home?
Just thinking about how ridiculous this sounds has got me thinking.
If I buy a diamond ring, in Dubai for example, I AM required to pay taxes on this ring when I return to my home country. So, would the same hold true for someone having (more affordable) breast augmentation surgery in another country?
