I’m 5/6 and have 36DDD. I’m under 18 so I can’t get anything drastic done, but is there some safe way I can reduce the size of my breast?

I need a breast reduction, by choice, and know that it won’t last long with just a “LIFT” to my breasts. I want to find out if anyone has done the reduction and had smaller implants put in during the same surgery as the implants last longer shape/gravity wise compared to just a lift.
To clarify )… I don’t have implants now, just natural boobs with years of breast feeding attached. I want to get the lift but at the same time go from a large D back to a C with C implants.

Will a breast lift make me look smaller?

I went to a surgeon today for consultation for breast reduction im a 36D but he recommended me getting a lift instead and said that it would make me look smaller by replacing the nipple higher and lifting them. I forgot to ask if my bra size would decrease… im sitting here wondering about it. im doing research and i read alot of statements that it doesn’t decrease your size. My papers say lifting my breast by removing excess skin… im confused now. Has anyone had a standard mastopexy?

My breast implants are too large and I want them smaller. If i get smaller implants will my skin be saggy?

I had breast implants put in a few years ago and went from a 34A to 34D. I now regret going so large as my implants are too big and I am very unhappy with them. If i get smaller implants in will my breasts shrink to fit that size or will my skin be saggy?
