Wat bra size are u if u need to have atleast 500 grams of tissue removed for breast reduction?

I was looking into breast reduction,but in order for my insurance to cover it I have to have atleast 500 grams of tissue to be removed. When I went to the surgeon she said I have 800 grams to be removed but I have lost 30 pounds since then.Does anyone know wat size of bra that u would have to be in in order to have 500 grams to be removed?
