This is a hybrid between a very flat implant, which would be a moderate-shaped implant, versus something along this line, which is a high-profile implant. Now, when you look at them side to side, you can see the difference. This is a lot wider, and it’s also a lot less projection. This is smaller in terms of width, but it has more projection. So, all of these implants really, I try to fit to your anatomy. So, if you’re more narrow chested, you’re gonna want to use a more narrow implant, which would be something like this high-profile implant. So, we use a narrow implant but it gives you the most amount of projection for a narrow implant versus if you’re very wide-chested person, you can fit a very wide implant and still look very natural. That’s sort of the art behind choosing the proper implant for you. Saline versus silicone is part of the picture, but it’s really how wide of an implant can your body fit and still look natural. If you measure, in terms of your breast width measures out to be about 11 centimeters, which is about average. Let’s say that you measure out to be 11 centimeters, and I choose an implant that is 14 centimeters in diameter for you.
