How do I prepare myself for day surgery to remove breast lump?
I have to go for day surgery in a week to remove a breast lump which may or may not be benign. I’ve been ok up until this weekend & now I’m starting to get really nervous. I keep thinking all these crazy things that could happen & on top of that I’m worrying that it might be cancer. I really don’t know how I’m going to make it through this next week without having a panic attack. Please if you have any positive stories or advice I’d really appreciate it right now!!
Is there a way to give myself a breast lift without surgery?
Im still young but my boobies need to perk up.. Do you think if I lose weight the skin will tighten again and lift them back up? People say exercise the chest but I read that that doesn’t do anything because the skin is the problem.. Anyone with personal success? Thanks!
