What are Pro’s and Con’s for Breast Reduction of Large Breasts (42DDD/E?
I am 25 and I have 42 ddd/e breasts. I have mild back pain and indentions in my shoulders from my bra straps, but no other problems currently. I want a reduction bc I think if I get it done now it will prevent more issues in my future. What is your experience with it? Pro’s, Con’s, opionions? Thanks!
breast reduction will this size still be too large?
I am almost 30 and want a breast reduction. I am a natural 36G. I can’t wear certain tops because of them and have back pains. I have been researching breast sizes. I don’t want really small breasts nor this large either, it’s hard to imagine a different size on myself. Will I be able to find bras in these sizes? Are these still too large? Thank you. (no jokes please).
34D
36DD
Also – are these sizes likely to start sagging?
Spiritually speaking: why do women who get large breast implants still get mad when men stare at them?
I’m trying to understand women and their logic, more or less. Why get large D and DD breast implants and then turn around and get pissed off at guys for staring at them? What did you think was gonna happen when you had those large fun pillows injected into your chest?
And yes, most men know they’re fake. It’s pretty easy to tell, especially living in California were nearly 2 million women have breast implants over here.

Do naturally large breasts look different from breast implants?
I wear a size 34/36D bra and my breasts don’t look like implants. Breast implants (to me) look like toys for men to play with… mine look like they were meant to feed babies. They aren’t saggy or anything but they aren’t up to my neck either.

Have you ever gotten a breast reduction or lift? What do I do with my large chest?
How was your experience with a reduction or lift?
My breast are DDD. They hurt my neck and affect my posture. They are saggy and my skin is very loose. I can pull on it and lift an inch of extra skin. It’s horrible. I desperately want a reduction and lift but I my husband and I haven’t had kids yet. What are your opinions on this? Do I have any other options? (I am not over weight)
My breast implants are too large and I want them smaller. If i get smaller implants will my skin be saggy?
I had breast implants put in a few years ago and went from a 34A to 34D. I now regret going so large as my implants are too big and I am very unhappy with them. If i get smaller implants in will my breasts shrink to fit that size or will my skin be saggy?
Pain From Excessively Large Breasts Can be Stopped With a Breast Reduction
Women with excessively large breasts can benefit from a breast reduction surgery, which can help relieve the physical symptoms caused by the size and weight of your breasts. In addition to making your breasts in better proportion to the rest of your body, a breast reduction surgery will also change the position of your breasts.
Who is a candidate for surgery?
There are a number of conditions that could be an indication that you are a good candidate for breast reduction procedure. Breast size out of proportion to your body or pain due to your breast size, usually involving your back, neck, and/or your shoulders. Shoulder grooving from your brassiere straps can occur, as well as skin irritation beneath your breasts and restrictions in activity due to your breast size. From an emotional perspective, dissatisfaction and self-consciousness about your breast size could be a symptom, as well as pain from dense, fibrous breast (even if not extremely large breasted) Additionally, breast size varying significantly from side to side is another indication.
During your free consultation, your plastic surgeon will discuss your breast concerns, including any history of previous breast surgery. He will examine you, often taking measurements and photographs for your medical record. Your body’s weight can also have an effect on your breast size; accordingly, speak to your surgeon about any weight loss plans that you have.
In addition to concerns about your breasts, be prepared to discuss your medical history, both for medical treatments and any surgeries you may have had. Provide a list of any medications you are currently taking. Any allergies, particularly to medications, can be important to your care.
The procedure will generally involve two incisions: one made from your nipple down to your chest wall, the other from size to side under your breast. Excess breast tissue and skin is removed, with the remaining breast tissue moved to its new position, and the skin closed around your new breast mound.
Pregnancy, childbirth, and nursing can have unpredictable effects on your breasts. The decision to have surgery before or after you have children is a very personal decision. There is a degree of unpredictability regarding the ability to nurse after a breast reduction. If you nurse after surgery, you will likely experience areas of temporary engorgement. If children are a part of your future plans, be sure to discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon.
Risks associated with breast surgery are the same as any other surgery. Common risks include bleeding, infection, scarring, change in sensation, and loss of tissue. Temporary changes in sensation are common. Changes that are present one year after surgery will be permanent. Complications with a breast reduction are rare, but share any of your concerns with your surgeon.
Unless you have a job that requires heavy lifting, you can expect to return to work within seven to ten days of surgery. Return to “normal” activity requires four to six weeks. Complete healing requires up to one year after surgery. The appearance of your breasts will change with time. It may be necessary to wait three or more months to achieve a more natural look and feel for your chest.
Will my insurance cover the costs of breast reduction surgery?
Most insurance companies will provide coverage, but many factors can have an effect on your eligibility. Generally, your insurance company will be sent a letter of predetermination. Some companies require a photo as part of their determination process.

Large Breast Augmentation – How Big Should You Go?
Breast enlargement considerations If you’re believing about going as larger as expected to get your money’s worth: think again. This is not viable and you will perhaps end up heading going back under the knife for a reduction. Similarly, if others are encouraging you to go large, but you are unsure, remember which you are the one who has to live with the results, no-one else. Some women may complain after a breast enlargement this properties would like they had opted for a higher size, but the current shouldn’t influence your decision. You might not feel the same as them at all. The majority of women who have a breast enlargement request an increase of two cup sizes. Large Breast Augmentation
Often they choose a mid to large C cup, with the minority opting for a D cup. Staying within your natural size range is key to maintaining a balanced physique. Your plastic surgeon will help you calculate the best size taking into account your height, shoulder width, and waistline. But first, think about the following factors and how larger breasts will affect your life: Frame size Decide what frame size you are – and ask someone else for a second opinion. This will help determine if you can get away with a large bust. For instance, if you have a small or petite frame having very large breasts will get you a lot of attention and it will probably be quite obvious that you have had a breast enlargement.
The aim is to achieve a balanced overall look. If you’re going for an hourglass figure, you will want a bust size the same size as your hips, which ideally is 9 to 10 inches bigger than your waist. However, not all women are blessed with small waists. Physiology Consider how much existing breast tissue you have and whether the implants will go over or under the chest muscle wall. If you have very little natural breast tissue, hiding the implants will be a problem and contour irregularities will show up. Going under the muscle will help, but the implants may tend to “jump” during exercise, caused by the compression of the implant by the pectoral muscle. Large Breast Augmentation
Similarly, if you have thin skin and go for a considerable upsize, the skin will thin out even more and sag faster than if you had gone with smaller implants. Lifestyle Take a look at your lifestyle – what you do for a living and what hobbies you enjoy. Having larger breast implants can negatively affect your performance in all kinds of sports, such as tennis, scuba diving, biking, horse riding, golf, ballet, and much more. If your bosom is too large, there is no sports bra that will adequately support you. Breast enlargements may also affect your career.
If you’re a businesswoman and can’t hide your new implants under a suit, be prepared to be the talk of the office for a while. The best way is to transition slowly with padded bras or silicone enhancers, and after surgery save the low-cut tops for the weekends. Psychological effects of breast enlargement If you get embarrassed by people staring at your breasts, you should definitely think twice about going for an enhancement. You must choose the size that is right for you, both physically and mentally.
What’s more, if it matches your body frame, the overall look will be perfectly natural and is less likely to attract looks. Be aware that women with large breasts complain they make them feel heavier, or even fat, no matter what their body shape. This is often the main factor (besides premature sagging and discomfort) for having a breast reduction. Start taking actions and work towards your dream figure!
