Is there a way to still breast feed after having breast reduction?

I have breast fed my first child who is one years old and can already read small words. I want to have more children an nurse them as well. But I am afraid of my breast getting larger. I was a 36DD before my first pregnancy and now I am 36FF and can’t bare to get any bigger. My body frame is medium build adn my breast are the first thing you see. I have back pain and hate to run because my breast get in the way. I just want to nurse my next few kids. What other alternatived are there for me?

I am a 34year old women with 3 children. My husband is active military and is gone for months at a time. when he comes home, it is a priority to take excellenct care of each other in the bedroom. my breast have always been a major part of our sex lives. I am scheduled to have a breast reduction Feb. 2007. My doctor is telling me up front I will loose 100% of sensation in my breast. I want the reduction for many reasons but its not a life or death issue. Whats your opinion?
