After breast lift surgery and making the areola smaller, is it possible that the feeling will return?

Do you loose feeling in your nipples after getting breast reduction surgery?

I went in for a consultation for a breast reduction about a year ago and the doctor told me that I certainly would loose sensation in my nipples, he wasn’t that friendly and I decided not to have the surgery. Other people that I’ve talked to have had the breast reduction surgery and they’ve said that they didn’t loose sensation or if they did it was only temporarily. I’m a size 38 DD and still want and need to have the surgery so I’m going to another doctor for a consultation in a few weeks.

Post op-not feeling up to anything. at.all.
