Should my girl friend get a breast lift?
My gf wears a 36 double D. I love her boobs, she wants to get a lift (and possible reduction). we are both 21 years old. she wants to have kids some day. would anyone recomend this?before or after children? Should she stick with doubles or get reduction?
She should really get a reduction with lift. That way it will be covered by insurance.
Depending on the procedure, you have either a better than 50/50 chance, or an excellent chance of breastfeeding.
I had mine reduced Feb 2006 (before kids) from a 38J to a 38C and have an excellent chance of breastfeeding.

Breast reduction in younger patients is OK if the women have symptoms like back pain already. It is more common to have these symptoms with older patients. The scars required to do the operation tend to put younger patients off. A good surgeon will take this into account and not just “sign her up.”
