Plastic surgeon goofed on my breast lift procedure. Should I seek a second and third opinion?
Had breast lift in Dec ’09. Board certified Park Ave. plastic surgeon did a horrible job, she has a lot of answering to do. Left breast sags already and it’s only been 5 months! I need an entire revision of the left breast, according to the plastic surgeons on www.realself.com. Should I let her do it or should I seek someone competent? I cry every night about this. I have spent $7000.
go back and show her, but definately see another plastic surgeon too. 2nd opinion is needed.
If you get her to do it you are going to get the revision for free, demand it. If you go to a second you are hoping for more competent while it may just have been dumb luck, you will have to pay again.
Your first may be perfectly competent and just had a problem during the procedure. She might be perfectly willing to redo for free and be totally competent. You can ask a second opinion and ask about the first surgeons competency at the same time.
