Partial Flys: Natures Breast Inplants
How to develop, lift and define the chest with partial flys. This is a great exercise to get rid of male breasts or for women to lift and enhance the natural line of the breast and create a youthful appearance.

My left pec does is not quite as formed as my right one, should I just work my left in this workout until it is formed like the right?
@Stayfit4health that a hard question.. the closest thing might be a dip. you can use weights suspended from a belt to make it more challenging. also a decline bench press would be similar. The way I demonstrated is really the best in my opinion.
How else could you do these exercises without a cable machine?
ok muscle is behind the fat, so if anyone got fat in chest(boobs) or like me i have puffy areolas, i will probably make them looks even worse, i hate my puffy areolas, what shall i do, no surgery is solution for me(
yea..my chest is not proposional..seem like my left chest is bigger than left one,its like i can do flex my left hand but i cant do flex my right chest..hope i can make it proposional.thanks dude
