Not all rich families are equal
This article (“Not all families are equal”, NZ Herald) has me raging and raving, which I can only presume is its intent. The basic premise of the article is that health and safety guidelines (based on statistically sound, risk-reducing research) only apply to the lowest common denominator; those darn, stupid, drug-addicted, child-neglecting poor people.
