Need great plastic surgeon for breast reduction?

I am looking for a plastic surgeon that will accept my medicaid card to perfom a breast reduction. My neck and shoulders pain are getting worst. I have been working out and placed myself on a very strict diet. I have went from 200 pounds to 165 and I am only 5’2″. I am still working on that. Medicaid is agreeable on paying for the surgery I just need to find a surgeon that is willing to do it.
