Is it sinful to have a breast augmentation?
I am 30 years old and have 3 children. After their births my breasts virtually disappeared. I hate the way it looks. I am very religious though. I am thinking of converting to LDS. I think somewhere it says we shouldn’t alter our bodies. I already have a large tattoo though. Please Help!!! I am too embarassed to ask the people of the church.
I don’t let other people make my decisions for me, which is why I do not subscribe to any organized religion. I can pray to my God in my house, on my own.
Make your own choices.
I would say that your religion definitely instructs you to NOT be so concerned with your appearance, and direct your energies outward. How strictly do you wish to follow your religion?
Do whatever you want to do. If its not hurting anyone, I think you will be okay. As long as you are an otherwise good person, you should have nothing to worry about.
Its only sinful if ever in your life you have made fun of a small penis, something that is very hard to change.

But don’t expect to see them on the morning of the first resurrection (LOL), I don’t think large breasts count as a “glorified body”.
I have quite a few lds friends that have implants-you go girl!!!!
