Is it bad to have sex after getting breast implants?
Hi. I had breast implants 1 week ago and I just wonder if I can have sex now and which positions are possible and the best? The doctor has told me that I must not have heavy activities like running, lifting heavy stuff… but i wonder if sex is ok.
MY guess you need to be really careful. I would check with your docter before trying anything. I’m sure if you’re not too rought you could do it, but you’re on bed rest, and your breasts need to heal. Usually you can start doing stuff a couple weeks later.
I was watching Dr. 90210 and someone had implants and the doctor said to wait 4-6 weeks.
sex is ok as long as u are wearing a bra!
My plastic surgeon stressed this with me. You’re not supposed to get your heart rate up. I know of someone having severe complications with bleeding from having sex too early. Most plastic surgeons have you wait at least 3 weeks. I would call your plastic surgeon to get his insight on this situation since he knows all your stats (incision site, over or unders; i’m sure that has to be taken into consideration too).
