I’m nervous for my breast reduction consultation?
I guarantee you’re going to think this is stupid question, but I guess I need some reassurance.
I’m going in for breast reduction (since of my boobs is two cups larger than the other) and I’m also going in for laser hair removal. (I have stubborn hair on my stomache, ugh)
I am SO embarrassed to go in! Which, I shouldn’t be right? The plastic surgeon sees this every day, yet, I am just so nervous.
Does anyone have any idea how to keep my brain psychologically intact? I am shaking and I’ve still got two days! :O

Why should you be embarrassed? this is this Doctors profession if he has seen one he has seen them all, and having laser done is a good thing .Good luck to you. You sound like you are very nervous about this, you will do fine. Keep your brain psychologically intact by trying to figure how you will look and what clothing would look nice on you, and when you have this done you can go shopping and what color bra’s to buy.
The more one knows about the operation to be performed on you, the less nervous you will become. True, surgeons perform more breasts enhancement than breast reductions, but the surgeon is just doing what he is trained to do, so have faith that the surgery will go well. Years ago, TV actor Roseann had an episode about waiting to have her breasts reduced. It is just an operation. Why not go to Google and type, “Breasts Reduction Surgery.”
