If I get my Medicaid though Arkansas do I have 2 get my breast reduction surgery in Arkansas? Can i go 2 Texas?
I live in Arkansas and am trying to get Medicaid to pay for my breast reduction, but heard Arkansas is not the best place to get a breast reduction. I know they are killing my back and shoulders, and I should be more concerned about alleviating the pain, but Someone told me I should go to California because they would atleast make the breast look half way decent after reducing the breast or something like that!
What should I do?
im almost positive that medicaid does NOT cover any cosmetic surgery or procedure unless you get a doctor that says its hazardous to your health
medicaid is only effective in the state it’s issued as far as I know. If the procedure has to be done there it might be effective with referral. Call medicaid
