I had a baby a month ago and haven’t breast fed but am still leaking milk can I still have the breast reduction surgery or do I have to wait until I have dried up completely?
Any good doctor will tell you to wait. Right now the glandular tissue is very swollen and it will be hard to tell where to make incisions and what tissue to remove. If you do it know you could risk having lopsided (or malformed) breasts later.
However you can do things to expediate the process of drying up.

I believe that you would have to wait for it to dry up. A little trick that helps is to do a cold compress it dries up the milk and reduces the pain.
What I suggested to a family member and worked after several days was to buy a head of lettuce put in the refrigerator let it get cold. Once cold rip a peace off ( a leaf like peace) and put it in your bra just like you would place a breast pad. Do it a couple of times a day.
