HSIA’s Breast Cancer FUNdraiser Flash Mob
Halifax Stanfield International Airport employees, friends and family spent months preparing for the Breast Cancer FUNdraiser Flash Mob that took place in the main lobby on September 16, 2010. Thanks to their hard work and impressive dance moves, more than $7700 was raised for Breast Cancer Research. And that total is climbing. If you would like to help increase this total please email info@hiaa.ca. The challenge is on… how will you make a difference?

awesome…….that’s my home town!
People in Halifax, Nova Scotia, are raising money to build and equip a Breast Health
Centre within the IWK Health Centre. This is an amazing project with
practical benefits to all who need it and we know many who do. Google it and you will see how much good they do.
Security and police and everyone, excellent job ! ! Well done
Awesome!?
wish I could have been there to join in .
for some reason, this really touched my heart.. one minute everything was the usual, the next thing you know, everyone was having fun! then you’d see people jumping in and started dancing… this is really nice.. wish they have more like these here at BC..
awesome!!!
@caravaggio31 Oh, well the actual audio we hear was placed on the video separately. However, I’m sure they played the same song during the performance- but it would have been shit audio if the track wasn’t placed over the original audio. You can see speakers at 0:53 at the bottom in the middle.
@MouthOfTheUnknown I know that. I asked from where in that place.
@caravaggio31 Christina Aguilera- Candyman
They all have hearts of gold
From where came the song?
oh Halifax, I love you so much.
I just watched the video and it brought a smile to my face to know that so many strangers can just have fun together, even if it is for a brief moment. Thanks.
Why is no one taking advantage of all those people grouped together? A perfectly placed egg or 2 would really set the mood.
great going. People have done really good.
@wlomond they can keep their snide comments to themself!
ohw,, how sweet, seing all those oldies dancing ^^
@ListenToMeRawr Hey, I enjoyed the video as well. But please! A little respect! Lets not clutter the pages with nasty comments over a little criticism. Besides, I don’t think his/her comment was directed towards those amazing dancers. : )
@ListenToMeRawr Some one needs a hug.
Great work.
@Onemorebilltopay A would ya ever shut up or fuck off! They’re abviously not trained dancers and were just doing it to raise money. I think its amazing what they did so keep you rnegative fucking comments to yoursef.
these always make my heart smile
@The1Catty The fundraiser is a great cause. No insult to those who participated. It takes a brave person to stand up and dance in public. I watched so many flash mobs now, that I learned to know what I like and don’t like. I am a bit of a critic. In this case, I just don’t like the choreography.
@Onemorebilltopay Get a grip it’s a fundraiser don’t rain on their parade geez
@KatieNB Both. People were asked to raise money to participate and that combined with other fundraisers including a walk-a-thon and raffle.
