Don’t worry about that right now. If you’re only 14 you still have plenty more growing to do. I’m 15 and still growing. It’s frustrating right now, I know, but just be patient! Boob size doesn’t define how pretty you are or how cool or anything. Your personality does that for you.
You could consider milk, I mean I’ve heard it helps but I don’t know, cause i’ve always been drinking it. I’m 13, and have a size about 32 B

You’re 14!! You’re still growing! Wait until you fully develop! You could always buy padded bras when you’re older.
The only way food will help you get bigger breasts is if you eat a lot and gain weight, then some of that weight might go to your breasts. Otherwise specific foods do NOT enhance breast growth.
