How old do you have to be to get breast implants?

How old do you have to be to get breast implants with parents permission in the state of ohio or missouri? And what are the risks or surgery?

I believe the age with parental consent is 17. The risks of surgery are the same as with most other surgeries but these are the things I know happen on rare occasion: infection at the surgery site, potential bad reaction to anesthesia, and death (very low chance tho).

Most reputable plastic surgeons will not perform a procedure on anyone under the age of 18.

Risks of any surgery: death, more pain, “botched procedure”, scar, etc., etc.
