You HAVE TO have parental consent, if YOU are under 18 you have to have a PARENT go with you and sign. You can’t have a friend how’s 18 go with you.
well first of all dont you think your a bit young to be getting implants ? seriously. and your friend 17 turning 18 ? hmm. that sound plausable. You should be comfortable with tthe body god gave you. And i bet your mother doesnt know anything about this . You need parental permission even in a 3rd world country.
