How long should you wait before getting breast implants?
I mean, what age should you be?
I’m 17 and considering getting them in the future. Not like, next year, but maybe sometime after that.
But I want to know at what age is it safe to get breast implants?
I want to be sure that my breasts are done growing by themselves before i consider going under the knife.
Your body generally stops changing around 21-22 years of age, so I’d wait a while. You’re still growing.
At the very least, I’d wait until I was 18 because further growth isn’t out of the question yet.
i would wait until at least 20. you arent comfortable in your skin yet and thats usually when you are set in your natural size

There are several things to consider besides age… are you considering having children and if so are you considering breastfeeding? not that implants and breastfeeding are impossible but it’d be something to discuss with your doctor and it limits the options…
and besides you WILL get bigger when you get pregnant… even if you don’t breastfeed it’ll give the doc more skin to work with to give you natural looking breasts with larger implants.
so I’d say a minimum of 22 (24 would probably be better) if you don’t plan on kids or breastfeeding and if you’re considering kids a year after delivery of last child.
this is of course you’re not really fixing tubular breasts or something.
