u cant, theyll grow naturally, but to make them look fuller and bigger wear push up bras and wear shirts with pleads in the middle of the shirt. that gives the allusion of bigger clevage, i hope i helped
im “nearly A” which is very small haha. i started a new workout routine a couple months ago which involves a lot of chest exercises. two months down the road a friend told me i looked fuller on top, rather than flat. now this won’t grow your chest it just really defines it since you’re working your whole chest/pecs in a wide variety of moves (it kind of does a lift and separation haha). i do a lot of push ups. look up sphinx, military, standard, and wide push ups to find out how to do them. also using free weights and doing shoulder flys, swimmers press, and shoulder presses tend to create definition up top. hope this helps. if you work your upper body you’ll notice changes.
i’ve heard 3 things:
thing 1: eating a lot of pasta. the girl who played Juliet in the Romeo and Juliet movie (with Leonardo DiCaprio) ate A LOT of pasta during the shooting of the film, and her boobs got so big she almost go fired because she couldn’t fit into her dress (haha)
thing 2: eating fried chicken. a friend told me that eating fried chicken helps your boobs grow (not proven, but he says so)
thing 3: soy. eating soy will make your boobs get bigger (also not proven, but healthier than fried chicken)

unfortunately you can’t grow them bigger. it’s not like you can add miracle grow until they reach the size you want. learn to appreciate the body that was given to you, besides depending on your size a bigger fuller breast may only lead to problems in your life down the road, silicone poisoning, back problems, infections etc
Don’t buy those stupid pills, I did that in Highshcool “I know it was stupid now” and they didn’t work” I never did finish them. Don’t waste your money on that.
You can buy those inserts at wal*mart to put in your bra, I did that. I don’t do that no more though, but I did in HS.
Don’t worry, you are not slutty just because you want bigger boobs, its normal, thats why so many people get breast implants.
