How do I reduce my breast without surgery?
I’ve asked this question before but did not get very satisfactory answers. I want to thank all those who tried to help, but sorry folks surgery is not for me, as I cannot afford it. I live in a socially backward place and it attracts unwanted attention and some taboo exist here.My breasts are too big in proportion to my body. I am not overweight. So I would appreciate exercises which actuallly target that area. Please help me since I cannot discuss this with anyone. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease. Thanks

probably nothing….just accept it…it is what it is….me too!
the only thing i can say is talk to a doctor and discuss it with him no one i dont think can answer a question like this except a doc.
I know you said no to surgury, but I too have thought of getting a reduction. I found a new thing in a magazine, I think it was this weeks People mag, and they are doing lazer lipo. It is not too expensive I hear, and there is no real surgury that gets done. Plus, I think some insurances cover it. Other then that, the best way I know is to exercise. Hope this helps!
they reduce the fat in your breast by cutting it up and getting rid u thew extra skin
I’m sorry to say this but I am not sure that there is anything else that you can do other than surgery. Excercises I’m sure will just build up muscle not decrease the size. Breast tissue is not the same as other parts of your body that you can reduce the size with excercise. I know that this is not what you want to hear, but I am sorry you are going through this. My cousin has the same problem. She actually has back problems because of her breast size. She would still have to pay quite a bit of money out of her pocket with the help from insurance. So as of right now she is just living with it. Sorry again and all the best to you.
Good Luck To You
there is no alternative, other than the aging process or a good minimizer bra.
As a woman ages, she loses the muscle mass that holds them up high, which doesnt actually make them smaller, it just makes them look like a paper bag with a large marble in the bottom of it. Ha
As one lady comediene said, you can then tuck them in your belt.
I emphatize with your misery, and can only suggest that if you have good health insurance, you can get it done, as the weight causes neck and back pain and bad posture many times.
Be sure to check the references of the surgeon, however, as some can mutilate a woman badly. It is a very painful procedure, also.
Best wishes.
Sorry, but there really is no way except surgery, if it is not fat related size. Do exercise for your general health, but that won’t work for reduction either. The only thing that might help is to spend some $$ to buy a good bra that gives you good support and also will give the appearance of reduction. Ask a salesperson who knows what they’re doing to measure you for one. It will also help with back pain that’s associated with your problem.
