I had the same surgery, and I can tell it’s not worth it. People is so ignorant saying it’s because we don’t care about ourselves and that’s not true. No matter how thin you are if you have gynecomastia you always gonna have boobs (F*ck) and if you gain a little bit of grease is gonna set up in that area first so you just must care even more to keep it concealable. So if you don’t get surgery to take out the mammary glands you just always gonna have it, IT’S NOT FAT ISSUE IT’S GYNECOMASTIA.

It’s not always needed to remove brest tissue, some cases, the liposuction is enough!
Some others need just to remove brest tissue, and some other the 2 cases!
