Natural is nice, but if the implants make her Happy then i will not complain.
Me personally, I LOVE naturalness. Nothing artificial for me but if it makes her happy then be my guest and do it for yourself if it will make your self esteem boom and if it helps you enjoy life and be more positive about your body.

Guys love breast implants. Don’t let the PC guys lie to you. Guys love big breasts, and love breast implants.
There is something very hot about fake boobs.
I’d prefer flat chested, especially if the implants make them less sensitive (it could also mess up breastfeeding, if a family was anywhere in the future).

If they were for her, for confidence or social comfort or whatever, I would not begrudge her for them. Just so long as she wasn’t getting them to appeal to me.
