No. It is self mutilation, not an illness.
you will have to go to a plastic surgeon for a consultation and have your doctor submit the paper work to see if you are approved. otherwise, you can all kaiser and ask for their qualifications. i was denied by 2 insurance before i was able to get approved by a 3rd insurance.
