Do you need implants when you get a breast reduction?
I was just thinking about that. When you get breast reductions and you want to shape it and all do they use implants still?

When you get a breast reduction typically the doc cuts out the skin too reforming the shape. You do not get implants.
Sometimes they’ll use implants but not all the time.
They’ll usually do a breast reduction with lift, like they did with me.
The answer is yes and no. You do not have to get implants when you get a reduction because the skin and nipple are cut and lifted to be shaped into a new smaller breast. Many women opt to get small implants after a reduction though to makes their breasts look more perky and full (but still much smaller than they originally were).
