Do transgender breasts keep growing after breast implants? do they grow uneven?
I’ve been on HRT for about 4 months, and contemplating getting breast implants. Im wondering if they grow over the implant, etc. Do they grow uneven?

Breast tissue will continue to grow until the breasts reach their full development, regardless of whether there’s an implant in the way or not .
Full development usually takes 5-7 years, for trans women and cis women.
If you have implants while your breast tissue is still growing, there is a high chance that your breasts will appear misshapen once development is complete, which is why most gender specialists recommend NOT having implants until development has ceased.
Everything I’ve read advises transsexual women to wait at least a few years before contemplating breast implants. The reason, as Diane explained, is simple… it takes years for breasts to grow – even in cisgender females. Implants can be placed either above or below the muscle, but they are always below the actual breast tissue, and each location will yield a slightly different “look.” A plastic surgeon will be able to tell you which would be best for you. Virtually all women’s breasts grow unevenly while they are growing, and the vast majority of women have one breast that is slightly larger than the other.
