Do breast implants feel like real breasts?
I’m considering breast implants and the gel silicone are supposed to feel and look natural.. Do you like the way breast implanted breasts feel? And if you don’t, why?

I don’t think they feel exactly natural, but if you want to go for it do it, as long as your doctor has educated you about everything.
depends on what you mean by “natural”
I think my wife’s breasts with implants feel far BETTER than “natural”… natural being small saggy b’s after 2 breastfed kids and 50 years of gravity…
now they feel soft yet firm… like a fit 18 year old girl who’s been wearing a bra (so she isn’t saggy already) and has Ds.
natural for a woman 40+ who’s had a couple of kids isn’t perky anymore folks… so a good moderately sized (up to DD) set of implants that have had a bit of time to “settle” (yea they’re all over-tight when brand new) is BETTER than “natural”
still go for as big as you want then some more… the most common post surgical complaint is” “I didn’t go big enough”

i have implants too and am so happy with them after having children etc – i hated my breasts. now i am confident and glad that i had them done. the implant goes in behind the chest cavity so they feel completely soft and natural…..and if anybody says they don’t – they haven’t had them done!
