Do breast implants feel different to touch to a man?
I’ve never been with a woman with breast implants but I’ve seen women with them in magazines, in a strip club, etc.
If your wife or girlfriend has breast implants, I’m curious, do they feel different compared to real breasts. Can you (as the guy) tell by touch that something is not right or does it feel exactly the same as natural breasts?

yes, they feel very different. i have them. & i think they’re hott. i’m full japanese & i have really small boobs. but when i turned 18 i got breast implants to look like a playboy bunny. i LOVE it. i look so good. but my husband & my guy friends HATE it. they hate how fake it looks & fake it FEELS.
but i know big pervs our there love it because they love huge boobs. so it’s up to you. if you want to touch it, it might be best to touch real boobs. but if you want to look, then implants are nice.
but ask yourself this: do you like the way implants look? are they hot? thats your answer right there. [=
I have them and yes they definetly feel different. I would imagine real would feel better but my husband has never complained !
I have implants and yes they feel different to me, but not by much. Now my friend has implants and she got them before she was married and to this day her husband doesnt know they are fake, lol. It really depends on what kind and the breat tissue you had before. Like I said my husband at times says he can feel the implant other times he cant.
I got mine done last July and i do think they feel different but not in a bad way. I see some women who are really small chested beforehand and decide to get the maximum cc’s their breast will allow. Thats when theyll feel plastic and unnatural. Otherwise, for those women like me who just get them for a little boost, most people cant even tell the difference.
I also think the type of implant and where its positioned has alot to do with how they will feel and look. Saline implants dont feel as natural as silicone implants. And those women who opt to have the implants positioned under the muscle have a more natural look and feel more natural.
