Breast Lift – is there anything that doesnt leave a scar available?

I have implants and they are huge…. I hate them. I have a lot of breast tissue and needed a lift. I didnt want the scarring from the breast lift so just got small implants. I am not happy. I would like to be two sizes smaller but it cost money and men love my chest now.
