Can you nurse after having a breast reduction?
I have one beautiful son that is 11 months old and I’m thinking of getting a breast reduction. After I stopped nursing I thought my breasts would go down. Instead they have grown even more. I’m seriously thinking of getting a breast reduction but I’m not sure if I would be able to nurse my future children. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Yes you would be able to nurse your son
You would have to talk to your plastic surgeon, but I am guessing that breast feeding would be very difficult if not impossible after having a good part of your breast tissue removed. I would suggest that you wait until you are finished having babies before you consider something that drastic. Until then, you could try losing excess weight and investing in some top quality industrial strength brassieres. Good luck.
