Breast reduction question for those with experience?
Im 20 yr old, 5’4, size 4 and have really small frame but I have a DD cup. I’ve decided on getting a breast reduction this summer, and was wondering changing it to a B was too small? I dont want a C because i remember when i was a C they were still big. Im just unsure, because thats the size that ill have for the rest of my life! Im scared that after my surgery ill loose weight and go from a B to an A.
Has that happened to anyone?

You shouldnt get a breast reduction. Leave them the way they are.
I would go with a small C, however you are at a good size so you probably won’t loose much weight. But a small C is almost like a B and in case you do lose weight, they will still be the size you want. I know someone who had a reduction from a FF to a C and she is small like you and they haven’t really fluctuated.
i’m 27, 5’1″ and a size 2. i had 32DDD/E breasts until october 08 when i had a breast reduction. i’m a D cup right now because i’m still a little swollen but over the next few months all the swelling should go down and i should be a C cup. on my frame i am proportional now and i think they are a perfect size. personally, i did not want to be as small as a B. but it is up to you to decide what you will be most comfortable with. talk to your doctor. he may have suggestions. everyone is different.

I went from a G to a small C (or sometimes B, depending on the bra). I have even lost and gained weight, but my breasts stayed the same.
Why would you lose weight? You’re a size 4!
My main concern at your age, would be having children. If you ever plan to have children you might want to wait… especially if you plan to breastfeed.
Print out lots of Before and After pics from the web of women you think look about your size and shape in the “befores”, and what you think you want to look like in the “afters”. Print out ones you DON’T want to look like also, so you can discuss this with your Dr and he knows exactly what you’re looking for. Then he can let you know if your desires are realistic.
