breast reduction beneficial after back surgery?

I am scheduled to have a back bone fusion due to compression fracture. I already know I will most likely have arthritis in that area from then on. Question is would it be medically beneficially (insurance pays) for breast reduction a year or two after the back fusion to decrease the risk of pain in back. I’m 40DD.
