Are you happy with your breast augmentation?
I was wondering if anyone here has had a breast augmentation. Anyway my questions are:
What type, size, placement, incision, fill, shape did you choose?
why did you choose what you chose?
are you happy with the results?
Would you do anything differently?
I cant see over mine, they are melon shaped and a JJ cup.

I am happy with my Breast Augmentation. The key to being happy with plastic surgery, is to realize nothing is “perfect”. Every photo you see nowdays has had some sort of photo manipulation-so what everyone is striving for is ultimately unattainable. As far as my surgery, I had it done after having two kids. I had a “lift” as well as implants. I chose round, silicone implants, size D. My first surgery I had the implants placed above the muscle hoping they would appear more natural. They did, but the weight of the implant hurt. I decided to go back a couple of years later and have the same implants placed under the muscle. Much better. I have always been a D cup-so it was not an obvious change for me. My only regret is that I told my surgeon I wanted them to look natural-without specifying what I wanted -exactly. My breasts do look natural. They are very pretty. I wish they were closer together. When you get an implant placed under the muscle, the muscle tends to push the implant out a little. What I wanted was to be able to lie on my back and not have my breasts fall to the sides (like natural breasts tend to do). My fault-I should have been more specific. I know that the outer edge of the pocket can me made smaller so the implants don’t push out as far. But-it makes them appear more fake. Since having my surgery I have had another child. Implants still look the same-and I breastfed. I know one day I will have to have another surgery-(a good surgeon will tell you that they won’t last forever). When I do it again, I will use the same doctor, and be more specific.
