I wear a 38D and I wear only sports bras because otherwise I feel like a total slut. I don’t know why. So are there any ways to reduce breast size without surgery?

Lose weight.
The only way I know off is if you lost weight. Although, many girls dream of having bigger breasts so be proud of them!
Work out and watch what you eat. But be proud of them!! I’m a 34DD and i love my boobs.
Stop wearing sports bras! get a nice bra with underwires and be proud of them!

Loose weight? but this seems like a daft option since there is no gaurenteee that it will come of your boobs, and soo many people would want what you have got
I would suggest getting a minimizer instead of sports bras. Sports bras will smash your boobs but minimizers will just make them appear smaller. Bali makes great minimizers.
