A question for women who have had breast surgery?

I had breast surgery recently. Everything went well, and I’m fine now. However, in about a week I’m going to have the drains removed from my two incisions. Is it going to be painful to have them removed? I’m really anxious about this procedure as it sounds painful. Until I get a hold of my doctor and ask her, I’d like to have some honest feedback from a former patient.
