A relative would like to get a breast augmentation but is not sure which type of implants feel the most natural. And which option would help the implants to feel more natural either under the breast muscle or under the breast tissue.
Has anyone had breast surgery after having kids?
I have 2 kids, and I am 23. I am looking into having my breasts lifted. I normally am not one to look into implants, but I am thinking that I might need a small implant (b-c cup) just to reshape. Not sure….I breast fed both of mine and they just aren’t hanging like the used to, and it really sucks. So, has anyone had reconstructive surgery after kids? hmm…. I might think about that. I am going to schedule an appointment for a consultation to see what I might need…. I wouldn’t normally think I need an implant, but after having two kids, I might need a small implant as well as a lift to give shape and perkiness……. BLAH! That is going to cost so much! Are Breast Implants Getting Smaller?
Pamela Anderson admitted openly to her breast augmentation and became the virtual spokesmodel for the surgery. Victoria Beckham didn’t admit to her breast enlargement, but we all knew it, and she came to represent a “bad” breast augmentation result: very visible, very plastic looking. Of course, her modeling style didn’t help, since she essentially looked plastic from head to toe. But still, her breast augmentation results were highly visible and, for better or worse, she also came to represent breast augmentation in a very visible way.
So when both of these women decided to reduce the size of their implants, it was bound to cause a little stir. (Katie Price (AKA Jordan), British fashion model and Beckham’s friend/foe/rival also had breast reduction, but although this was noted, she created less of a stir.) The result has been, however, a whirlwind of speculation about whether larger breasts are out and whether celebrities and women in general are going to look for smaller breasts in the future.
What Trend?
Media website The Daily Beast is partly responsible for the flurry of articles considering this trend, with its slide show focusing on 13 women who had (or reputedly had) breast reductions. But is their list really indicative of a recent trend?
The gallery uses breast reductions by Drew Barrymore and Soleil Moon Fry (AKA Punky Brewster), both of whom had breast reductions in 1992, and are clearly not relevant to any contemporary trend. Also irrelevant because of their timeframe are the breast reductions of Kim Fields (Tootie from The Facts of Life) in 1984, Roseanne Barr in 1991, Loni Anderson (WKRP in Cincinnati) in 1995, Patricia Heaton (Everybody Loves Raymond) in 2002, Queen Latifah in 2003, Kimberly Stewart (daughter of Rod Stewart) in 2005, and Sharon Osbourne in 2005. The gallery also uses a purported breast reduction by Jennifer Connelly sometime between 2000 and 2006, which is denied. Her smaller breasts in 2006 are most likely due to significant weight loss, since her entire body is smaller, with pronounced bone structure.
So out of the supposed 13 stars comprising this trend, 9 are not temporally relevant and one is probably not even a real reduction (and wouldn’t be temporally relevant in any case), so we’re left with 2 prominent breast implant size reductions, and one wannabe reduction (Kelly Osbourne apparently wants her breasts reduced).
Big Busts Still Booming
The truth is that big breasts are still popular among celebrities and wannabe celebrities will probably continue getting breast augmentations to try and “fit the mold.” The truth also is that there is also no single standard for what makes a woman attractive and what will make a woman be considered a sex symbol. For every Scarlett Johansson, there will be a Keira Knightly.
Breast augmentation is not about trends or social fads–it is about individual women who are attempting to find a look that helps them feel confident and comfortable with their own bodies. How To Get Big Biceps Fast – Biceps – Standing Barbell Curl
This exercise without a doubt is the best mass building exercise you can possibly perform to get big biceps. The purpose of the standing barbell curl is to develop overall size of the biceps. It has been a highly regarded exercise throughout bodybuilding history for many pro bodybuilders such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Frank Zane, Lou Ferrigno and Ronnie Coleman, just to mention a few. You should make this exercise one of your best friends.
Execution: (1) Stand with feet shoulder width apart and grasp the bar with an underhand grip, hands about shoulder width apart. Let the bar hang down at arms length in front of you. (2) Curl the bar out an up in a wide arc and bring it up as high as you can, with your elbows close to the body and stationary. Fully flex at the top. Lower the weight again, following the same arc and resisting the weight all the way back down to the starting position.
Perform: 3 sets of 6-10 reps (perform 2 light warm-up sets followed by 3 working sets)
How To Get Big Triceps Fast – Triceps – Lying Triceps Extensions
The purpose of this exercise is to fully work the triceps all the way from the elbow down to the lats, in particular, the large inner head of the triceps. The triceps brachii muscle (Latin for “three-headed” muscle of the arm, it is called a three headed muscle because there are three bundles of muscle, each of different origin, joining together at the elbow) is the large muscle on the back of the upper arm which makes up 2/3 the mass of the arm.
Execution: (1) Lie along a bench, your head just off the end with knees bent and feet flat on the bench. Take hold of a barbell (preferably an E-Z curl bar) with an overhand grip, hands about 10 inches apart. (2) Press the weight up until your arms are locked out, but not straight up over your face. Keeping your elbows stationary, lower the weight down past your forehead, then press it back up to the starting position, stopping short of the vertical to keep the triceps under constant tension.
Perform: 3 sets of 6-10 reps (perform 2 light warm-up sets followed by 3 working sets)
How To Get Big Forearms Fast – Forearms – Barbell Wrist Curls
For those that have tried this exercise, you’ll understand how incredibly effective it is for building strong flexor muscles and a lock-jaw grip. Having skinny forearms and big biceps/triceps isn’t cool so don’t neglect this exercise.
Execution: Take hold of a barbell with an underhand grip, hands close together. Straddle a bench with your forearms resting on the bench but with your wrists and hands hanging over the end of the bench. Lock your knees in against your elbows to help stabilize them. (2) Bend your wrists and lower the weight toward the floor. When you can’t lower the bar any further, carefully open your fingers a little bit and let the weight roll down out of the palms of your hand. Roll the weight back up into your hands, contract the forearms, and lift the weight as high as you can without letting your forearms come off the bench.
Perform: 3 sets of 6-10 reps (feel the burn!)

Khajuraho Travel Deals
The distance from Bhopal to Sagar is 180 kms and the road is in excellent condition. We started at 8:30 AM from Bhopal and it took me about 2 hrs 45 minutes to reach Sagar with a 15 min break at Raisen. The route was beautiful with picture book scenery on both sides of the road. There were fields after fields of various crops on undulating land, and it felt like you were driving through golf courses. There were small huts in the middle of the Green fields, with a solitary mango tree for shade. It was just beautiful.
It was the 26th of Jan, 2008 that day, and throughout the journey we saw India’s Republic day being celebrated with enthusiasm. School children were holding flag marches, with flag hoisting and functions at all the village choupals and grounds. The scenes took me back to time when I used to take part in these activities as a school kid.
Once we reached Sagar there was a bit of confusion. There were no sign boards and no directions, and I had to ask the way out of Chattarpur at least 5 different times. One has to cross 3 railway crossings, and if you are unlucky then you may find all three closed like I did on my way back. These crossings are a real challenge of your driving skills, and if you come out unscathed then hats off to you. My car had a nasty bang at the first crossing.
It took about 20 minutes to cross Sagar since it was very crowded, the traffic is very slow, and everybody walked right onto the road. Horns are of no use, probably because everyone was deaf, and I felt like getting out of car and pleading them “PLEASE GIVE ME WAY…!”
You have to ask for Makroni chouraha for the road to Chattarpur. I later came to know that there was another way, which bypassed these 3 railway crossings and takes you to Makroni chouraha directly. But I am still not sure of this.
The distance from Sagar to Chattarpur is about 165 kms and the road is pretty much OK. A lot of patchwork has been performed on the pot holes, so you won’t find craters on the roads for which MP is notoriously famous for.
The road got narrow in between and it is there that life got difficult as I was driving my own car. I had to constantly get off the road since approaching trucks and jeeps wouldn’t give me any space. But it was mostly manageable.
Sagar to Chattarpur took me about 3 and half hours with a break of 30 minutes for lunch. We had packed lunch from home, so we stopped the car near a field with a big Banyan tree. We sat down under the Banyan tree, spread a bed sheet, and enjoyed the lunch and the cool breeze. It was a good picnic. I think holidays are about spending quality time with your near ones.
The landscape changed to dry land and forest in between Sagar and Chattarpur. There were a couple of Ghat sections on this route at which we had to be a bit careful. The jeeps, which ply between villages, were very recklessly driven.
