Naturally Lift Breast Scarless breast lift is loosely defined as a Plastic Surgery process which lifts the breast tissue upwards on the chest in a manner the current causes scarring little or undetectable. There are many rules out there alleging to be scarless. Some use lasers; others are a form of liposuction. Some surgeons may nonetheless insert implants to post the breasts more lift. There are even practices too regard to offer scarless breast lifts even when the procedures much produce scars. Some of these procedures require an incision made only in the breast fold and other incisions circle the areola, both of which hide the appearance of the scar. But the most scarless procedure available and the most popular scarless breast lift on the market today requires only a small incision made under the armpit, no bigger than a pencil head. This is the way it works: A small incision is strategically placed under the armpit just large enough for the surgeon to insert an endoscope (a very small camera on a stick) and tiny instruments. Naturally Lift Breast The surgeon can see inside the breast with the endoscope and perform the entire surgery without making any other incisions. With the small instruments, the surgeon begins to loosen the breast tissue and pull it away from the muscle. The surgeon then removes a triangular section of tissue. The remaining breast tissue is then sutured together using biocompatible barbed threads. These stitches will dissolve in the body over time. After the breast is lifted into the correct position, the instruments are removed and the incision is sewn up. Not only are the results of this procedure more aesthetically satisfying but because the incisions are so small (only several millimeters in diameter) there is less chance for infection and complications as well. The small incision size also makes the healing process is much faster. Most women that opt for a scarless breast lift return to work and daily life after just one week. Surgeons may instruct patients to wear a compression garment while healing from the surgery. Scarless breast lifts are ideal for busy women who do not have much time to take off for recovery or for any woman that desires to revitalize her drooping and aging bust. This procedure allows women to have that youthful chest they have always desired with virtually no scarring. Start taking actions and work towards your dream figure! Finding affordable health insurance North Carolina is a hot topic these days but is certainly an attainable goal that all of us should have. Health insurance premiums have risen over the years and now approximately 16% of all North Carolina residents do not carry any health coverage.
However there are things that you can do to keep your health insurance premiums in check and it all starts with a healthy lifestyle. This means exercising and eating a well balanced diet each and every day. Make your walks around the block with your dog or partner a little quicker so that you exert a little more energy. Biking or swimming is other forms of great exercise that doesn’t have to cost you much money and makes exercising fun.
Not using any tobacco product (cigarettes, cigars, chew, etc) contributes to a healthier lifestyle. Depending on the carrier, tobacco users pay 10-30% more for health insurance than do non tobacco users. If you were a tobacco user when you first purchased health insurance and have since quite and haven’t used tobacco for the past 12 months, you should contact your agent as you could get the tobacco rate removed from your policy.
One of the main contributors in making affordable health insurance North Carolina difficult to obtain is being overweight. In 2008, seventy percent of males and fifty-six percent of females were obese in North Carolina. Insurers charge a lot more for premiums due to weight because it is directly tied to costly diseases such as diabetes and coronary heart disease. The good news is that if you make changes to your lifestyle not only will you lower your health insurance premiums but you will also feel a lot better and likely live a longer life.
If you are already following these guidelines and are healthy, there are things you can do today to make your health insurance more affordable. One of the easiest changes you can make is to increase your deductible. For instance, if you currently have an individual deductible of $1,000 by increasing this to $2,000 or more you can easily reduce your premiums by 25% or more. Many times you will save more in premiums than you would have to pay out if you had to use your deductible.
Another option for lowering your health insurance cost is by choosing a qualified High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). These plans do not have copay’s for office visits and prescription drugs. Because you are more responsible for the minor expenses, these plans can typically save the average family 30-50% in monthly premiums in addition to providing some additional tax savings.
If you follow the steps outlined above you will be sure to make affordable health insurance North Carolina a reality.

Breast augmentation is the procedure by which a surgeon can increase the bust line of a woman by several inches by placing an artificial implant behind each breast. Breast implants are quite popular not only with celebrities, but with the ordinary population as well.
The procedure is often sought by women who may be unhappy with their appearance, and also by models/actresses, where the nature of work might demand such a procedure. Though breast augmentation can increase the breast size and improve the physical appearance of the breasts it may not necessarily alter a woman’s look sufficiently to match her ideal. It is very important that a person who undergoes the breast augmentation procedure discuss it thoroughly with her surgeon, consider the pros and cons and whether the final result is close enough to the expectation she has in her mind before finally taking the plunge.
There are two types of breast implants, one is a silicone shell filled with salt water solution and the other type is the same silicon shell, but filled with silicone gel. Saline filled implants are available to women for the breast augmentation procedure on an unrestricted basis. The actual procedure itself is relatively straightforward, but with the usual risks associated with surgery. There are also some specific complications associated with breast augmentation. The most common complication that women suffer from is called capsular contracture where the scar around the implant begins to tighten inside the skin. This squeezing may cause the soft implant to feel hard. This can be treated by removing the scar tissue, or removing or replacing the implant.
In some women, the nipples may become hyper sensitive or go to the other extreme of numbness. Near the surgical incisions there may be small patches of numbness. Though the numbness typically disappears, there are certain cases where it is permanent. The implants will not interfere with a woman’s fertility, pregnancy or ability to nurse.
If the implant breaks, if it is a saline filled implant it will deflate within a matter of hours and the salt water will be absorbed by the body quite harmlessly. On the other hand, if a silicon gel implant breaks, as long as the scar does not break or tear, the gel will be contained inside and not cause much complications. However, if the scar tissue around the implant breaks, the gel is likely to move into the surrounding tissue and may cause complications. Both breakages may require a second operation to remove or replace the implant.
Breast augmentation is a relatively harmless and extremely popular procedure. However, it is important to check with your surgeon on the types of complications that can arise and have a clear understanding of what type of result can be realistically achieved before actually undergoing the procedure.

The increasingly popular Gummy Bear breast implant is causing quite a stir in the breast augmentation industry. They truly seem to be the solution for many of the problems associated with traditional silicone and saline implants. But if you’re considering getting the new cohesive gel implant for your breast augmentation procedure, you should be aware that they are currently undergoing clinical trials by the FDA and it is extremely difficult to get approved for them.
r
rCohesive gel implants are produced with what is called a cross-linker. This compound forces the silicone gel to bind together into a cohesive mass – there is no liquid in a cohesive gel implant. The consistency and feel of this cohesive mass is very similar to the popular candy called Gummy Bears – that is where this implant gets its nickname.
r
rDon’t get the term “cohesive gel” confused between the newer implants and the more traditional silicone gel implants. From a technical standpoint, both forms of implants use a cohesive gel. However, when you hear the term “cohesive gel”, you need to realize that this refers to the newer breast implants that are a solid form of gel and not a liquid (like the traditional silicone gel implant).
r
rBoth silicone gel implants and saline breast implants come in two forms: round and anatomical. Round is exactly as it describes: a perfect round shape. If a woman were to lay flat on her back, these implants will flatten out like an M&M. An anatomical implant is shaped into the likeness of a real breast; there is more filler (gel or saline) at the lower portion of the breast than near the top. This design style mimics the slope of a real breast and makes it appear more realistic.
r
rCohesive gel implants are only available in anatomical shape. This is primarily because the implant does not move in the traditional sense. Remember, the cohesive gel is a solid mass and does not move from one location within the implant to another. In direct contrast to cohesive gel implants, silicone and saline implants can be squeezed – a person can push the gel or saline around inside the implant and change the shape and size of the actual implant. Squishing and reshaping a cohesive gel implant is simply not possible.
r
rIt must be noted that a cohesive gel implant maintains its anatomical shape regardless if a woman stands, sits, lies on her side, or even does a cartwheel or stands on her head! The anatomical cohesive gel implant never loses shape! A woman’s breast will appear and feel the same regardless of her body’s position. Whether this is a good thing or a bad thing is entirely up to you – which do you prefer: a more realistic breast that moves with gravity, or a anatomically formed breast that never changes shape?
r
rThere are currently four grades of cohesive gel implants in the United States (one implant is more firm than the next). Over time, and after the FDA has completed their clinical trials on cohesive implants, there will probably be more than just four grades available for public use.
r
rIf you would like to learn more about saline or silicone breast implants, you will need to talk with a plastic surgeon, specifically one that specializes in breast augmentation surgery. If you want to learn more about cohesive gel implants, you will need to schedule a consultation with an FDA-approved plastic surgeon.
r
rIt is not the intention of this article to provide plastic surgery advice. Only a licensed physician should provide medical and or health-related advice. While the internet might be a great place to start when gathering information regarding breast augmentation, there is no substitution for speaking directly with an actual breast augmentation surgeon.

The decision to have breast augmentation is a personal one. After you have made that decision, you will need to make other decisions with the help of a breast surgeon to personalize your procedure. There are many options for the specifics of breast augmentation so your results will fit your personal needs and goals.
The decisions you will need to make include:
- Breast implant type
- Breast implant profile
- Breast implant size
Your body is unique with its own natural curves and shapes that are unlike anyone else’s. For this reason, your breast implants need to be as unique and molded specifically for your body.
There are two main types of breast implants. These types are:
- Saline implants
- Silicone gel implants
Saline Implants
Saline implants are unique in that they are not filled until after they are placed in the breasts. Saline implants are ideal for women who have asymmetrical breasts because the implants are filled after placement. This allows the breast surgeon to fill the implants to the appropriate size and fullness to even out the breasts. Saline implants are also a great choice for women with thicker breast tissue and who want their implants placed above the muscle.
Silicone Get Implants
Silicone gel implants are pre-filled and are ideal for women with little breast tissue, for women who wish to have their breast implants placed either above or below the muscle, and for women who have less elastic skin.
Breast Implant Profiles
You will also be able to choose the profile you wish to have. Breast implants come with a low profile, medium profile, or high profile depending on the look you desire. Some body types will not look natural with a high profile. The ability to choose the profile of your breast implants helps you achieve the perfect look for your unique body type.
Breast Implant Size
Your body type will need a certain size to look natural and enhance your curves. You will be able to discuss breast implant size with your breast surgeon to determine what size is perfect for your body. Your surgeon will help you decide what breast implant size is not too big and not too small for your body.

Breast lift and breast reduction are two cosmetic breast procedures that many women receive. There are many different reasons that women will receive these procedures, but they are most often plausible. The most common reasons include nursing, childbirth, and aging which all cause the breasts to sag over time. This will change the shape and contour of the breast. This fact will lead many women to seek their own breast lift, or mastopexy. The patient will be able to choose from a variety of different mastopexy procedures. The one thing that every variation will have in common is that there will be a scar on the breasts as a result. This can be between mildly perceptible and more noticeable.
You need to be sure to discuss this and your other concerns about scarring with your plastic surgeon during your pre-surgery consultation. This consultation will include several things. Asking your cosmetic surgeon any questions will be very important. In the consultation your cosmetic surgeon will tell you all about pre and postoperative instructions. He or she will also inform you of what results to expect from your surgery. Also during the consultation, you will more than likely be shown pictures of other patients who have previously received a breast lift. This will provide you with a better idea of what to expect.
The decision on this breast reshaping procedure will depend mostly on the extent and type of change that you are looking for. Some women will choose to have a mastopexy procedure combined with their mammoplasty to restore their youthful contour and volume at the same time.
Plastic surgeons have many different techniques that they can use for reshaping a woman’s breasts. Your shape, desired outcome, concerns about scarring, and personal anatomy will be considered by your plastic surgeon. Most of the women that are pictured on the website of a plastic surgeon are real breast lift patients of theirs. You are not guaranteed to have results that match theirs, but the photos are capable of providing you with a realistic idea of what the results of your own breast lift procedure may look like.
The other common cosmetic breast surgery procedure that many women choose to have is breast reduction. Any woman with heavy, large breasts will likely experience physical discomfort in the shoulders, neck, and back. Along with this, large breasts can make some women feel very insecure. These women may avoid fitted clothing or exercise because of the size of their breasts. Breast reduction is capable of combating any of the problems commonly associated with large breasts.
Reduction mammoplasty usually requires that the surgeon create an “anchor-shaped” incision on the breast. Excess tissue, skin, and fat will be removed and the breast will be sculpted into a more attractive, smaller shape. The exact technique that is used will depend on your specific goals and anatomy.
The breast reduction procedure is one of the most liberating and rewarding procedures available. Many plastic surgeons’ breast reduction patients will report a very high level of satisfaction with their results.
